“I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for my order. My fiance died very unexpectedly at the age of 30 and I happened to have a voicemail message from him as well as his voicemail greeting. Not only were you sympathetic and empathetic to my situation, but you understood to how paranoid I was that these messages may get deleted during the process.
